Return Policy

Eligible items purchased in November or December can be returned or exchanged through January 15, 2024. We hope you love your Hygiene Hero Products but if you are not 100% satisfied, please email so we can assist with the return process.

Please note refills or subscription shipments after your first order are not eligible for return, refund or cancellation after they have been charged. Hygiene Hero Soap Bars, and trial items are not eligible for return or refund. Panties are only eligible for exchange in the case of product defect or damage. Please refer to size chart to select the right size before placing an order. Because worn panties can’t be resold, we do not accept returns or exchange after the panty package has been opened.

For personal care items such as V.V. Oil, deodorants or Vipstick we only accept new/unused products in original unopened packaging.  Unfortunately, we are unable to refund original shipping charges. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer in the event products are returned to us. The customer is free to choose whatever method of shipping is most economical, and we just ask that the name and order number be included in the package to prevent delays. We also do not provide a refund for returned products that are damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use. 

Refunds & Exchanges

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


Subscription items will ship automatically unless you cancel.  By placing a subscription order you are authorizing us to charge your card for future orders at the frequency and quantity you selected. The actual cost of each shipment may vary depending on the quantity and frequency chosen. We reserve the right to adjust pricing and discounts on all subscription orders, providing customers with written notice of any such changes in advance of their renewal.
