 Welcome to Hygiene Hero ("Hygiene Hero," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, services, and content. 

By accessing our website or purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our products. 

1. Eligibility 

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and capable of entering into legally binding agreements to use this website or purchase products from us. 

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. 

2. Products and Services 

Hygiene Hero offers cosmetic, personal care, and intimate wellness products. 

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, limit, or refuse the sale of any product at any time without notice. 

All product descriptions, images, ingredients, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. 

We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately; however, we cannot guarantee that your device's display accurately reflects product colors, packaging, or appearance.

All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated. 

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice. 

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, and other fees may be added at checkout. 

Payment must be received before products are shipped. 

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, pricing errors, or other irregularities. 

6. Order Acceptance and Cancellation 

Submission of an order does not constitute acceptance by Hygiene Hero. 

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including but not limited to: 

  • Product availability 

  • Pricing errors 

  • Suspected fraud 

  • Unauthorized resellers 

  • Violation of these Terms 

If payment has already been collected for a canceled order, a refund will be issued. 

7. Shipping 

Shipping and delivery terms are governed by our Shipping Policy. 

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. 

Hygiene Hero shall not be liable for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather events, labor disruptions, supply chain interruptions, or other events beyond our reasonable control. 

Risk of loss and title pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier. 

8. Returns and Refunds 

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. 

If you change your mind, you may request a return within fourteen (14) calendar days after delivery, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy. 

To be eligible for a return, products must: 

  • Be returned in their original condition; 

  • Be unused and undamaged; 

  • Include all original packaging and components; 

  • Meet the hygiene and inspection requirements described below. 

 

All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt. 

Due to the intimate nature of our products, products that have been opened or used are not eligible for return or refund. 

This policy applies to all products with the exception of our deodorants.  

For the safety of our customers, Hygiene Hero does not resell any returned intimate care products. 

 

9. Subscription Services 

If you enroll in a subscription program, you authorize recurring charges according to the subscription terms disclosed at enrollment. 

Subscriptions will automatically renew until canceled. 

You may cancel future renewals at any time through your account or by contacting customer service. Subscription orders that have been fulfilled cannot be canceled.  

Cancellation does not affect charges already processed. 

10. User Accounts 

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. 

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account. 

We are not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account. 

11. User Content, Reviews, and Testimonials 

If you submit reviews, comments, photographs, videos, testimonials, suggestions, or other content, you grant Hygiene Hero a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, display, and create derivative works from such content in any media. 

You represent that: 

  • You own or control the rights to the content; 

  • The content is accurate; 

  • The content does not violate any law or third-party rights. 

We reserve the right to remove content at our discretion. 

12. Intellectual Property 

All content on this website, including but not limited to: 

  • Trademarks 

  • Logos 

  • Product names 

  • Product formulations 

  • Images 

  • Graphics 

  • Videos 

  • Text 

  • Website design 

is the exclusive property of Hygiene Hero or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. 

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or exploited without prior written permission. 

13. Prohibited Conduct 

You agree not to:

18. Governing Law 

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. 

19. Dispute Resolution 

Before initiating any legal proceeding, arbitration, or litigation, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiations. Either party may provide written notice describing the dispute, and the parties shall have thirty (30) days from receipt of such notice to attempt to resolve the matter informally. 

If the dispute cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiations, the parties agree to participate in confidential mediation before a mutually agreed mediator. The mediation may be conducted remotely or at another mutually agreed location. 

If the dispute is not resolved through mediation, the parties agree to submit the dispute to final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") or another mutually agreed arbitration provider, in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules. 

Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, collective action, representative action, or private attorney general action. 

If arbitration is unavailable or unenforceable under applicable law, any dispute that proceeds to litigation shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and each party consents to the jurisdiction of such courts. 

Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking temporary or preliminary injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction when necessary to protect its rights pending completion of the dispute resolution process. 

20. Limitation Period 

Any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or any purchase must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim arises, or such claim shall be permanently barred to the extent permitted by law.

Your use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
